Professional Development Workshops for Teachers
I offer the following workshops regularly online for teachers from anywhere around the world. I also provide a more in-depth version of these workshops, or customized workshops suited to a specific school or department's needs, on site at schools in the northeastern United States.
Workshops
Hitting 90%: How to Get Students Talking in the Target Language
Workshop Goals:

Educators identify the factors that contribute to students’ willingness to use the target language both in and outside of class, including identity-based considerations, affective filters, classroom culture, and more.

Educators analyze their own classroom practices and culture to identify opportunities for growth with regard to fostering use of the target language among students.

Educators implement specific high-leverage strategies in curricular design, classroom management, and instructional practices that increase students’ use of the target language.
Culture as the Core
Workshop Goals:

Educators identify cultural learning goals for novice, intermediate, and advanced language learners.

Educators articulate identity-based factors that contribute to their own and their students' understanding of culture.

Educators implement specific strategies to "dig to the core" of existing themes in language courses and adjust instructional design to re-focus on cultural concepts.
